Message From Our First President
Welcome to the REACH website! We are so excited to tell you more about REACH of Central Florida.
REACH is a non-profit organization formed under the Florida State Article of Incorporation on Feb 1, 2010. REACH is founded by three Asian American teenagers, myself, Hans Lau, my brother Frank Lau, and our friend Tiffany Tang. We believe we are a new generation grown up in America who not only possess strong democratic spirit and freedom, but also recognize that our Asian cultural heritage has a profound impact on our progress and personal success. We strive to reach out and share this Asian cultural heritage to our community. Thanks to Tiffany's creative naming, our group is Recognizing, Experiencing, Asian, Cultural, Heritage, or REACH. Through our active participation, communication and contribution to our community, we can promote mutual understanding and appreciation, reaching out to make our community a better place to live.
REACH invites students from all High Schools and Middle Schools within the Central Florida region as members. REACH has both a facebook and a website. We welcome teenagers to join REACH as members. The membership form can be found on the website under "Get Involved" and the Facebook page. REACH will post monthly event schedules on the Facebook and website, so any members can sign up for any activity that they want to participate. If you would like to get involved, please email: email@example.com
Sincerely, Hans Lau REACH's First President 2010-2011
