The Asian Cultural Festival (ACF) is a celebration of Asian heritage during the month of May which is also Asian and Pacific Islander heritage month where there are many diverse and vibrant cultures being shared. Attendees experienced and enjoyed this event through a variety of food vendors, merchandise, and vibrant performances. Both traditional and modern style.
Different from prior years, the festival this year ran at a later time but despite that, there were still a handful of our volunteers that stayed throughout the entirety of the event, showing their dedication and enthusiasm and for that we appreciate and thank those who did! REACH was able to have a booth at the festival where volunteers promoted REACH's mission and sold merchandise of an earning of roughly $100! |

On May 18th, held a celebration in honor of Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month at the Ocoee Lakeshore Center. Many talented performances, vendors with delicious Asian cuisine, dragon & lion dance, and more. REACH volunteered by helping to put together and run the celebratory Asian Cultural Festival. Through running REACH's own booth, setting up, taking pictures, and more!

AAHC Asian Cultural Festival 2023

The month of May is celebrated as the Asian Pacific Heritage Month. On May 14th at the Ocoee Laskshore Center, REACH volunteered at the 2023 AAHC Asian Cultural Festival! REACH volunteers helped out at our own booths, helped set up the event, took photos, checked in vendors and performers, participated in the dragon dance, helped MC the event, and helped clean everything up afterwards. AAHC Asian Cultural Festival 2022
On May 22nd, REACH volunteered at the 2022 Asian Cultural Festival at the Ocoee Lakeshore Center! There were so many talented performances and unique vendors. REACH also had its own booth and fundraised through selling stickers and Asian snacks. Around 45 volunteers helped take pictures, check in vendors, participated in the dragon dance, and cleaned up the venue! Click here for pictures!
AAHC Asian Cultural Festival 2019
To celebrate Asian Pacific Heritage Month, REACH volunteered at the yearly AAHC Asian Cultural Festival that was held at at Enchanted Nights on June 1st. The event was a success with many performers, vendors, and attendees. Pictures can be found here!

This May, REACH participated in the annual Asian Cultural Festival at Fashion Square mall to fundraise, perform, and to help out! The annual festival celebrates Asian Pacific Heritage Month and was a blast! Click here for some pictures of the event!
AAHC Asian Cultural Festival 2014
On May 31, REACH participated in the performances at the 2014 Asian Cultural Festival. Held annually, the festival was in celebration of the Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Over 30 REACH members volunteered at this event inside the Orlando Fashion Square Mall. Besides performing the traditional Chinese Dragon Dance, REACH also fund-raised and manned the REACH booth. With various cultural performances, arts & crafts, and tasty Asian ethnic food, this was truly was a celebration to remember. Click here for some pictures of the event.
AAHC Asian Cultural Festival 2013
Participants in the Asian Cultural Festival could benefit from participating in this event if they applied for an application at the annual Asian Student Achievers' Scholastic Awards, held in November 2013. This event occurred on May 18, 2013, at the East Orlando Avalon Park. The event was sponsored by the Asian American Heritage Council of Central Florida. REACH manned the REACH informational booth.
